I have ten years on ladislav, Davewe has almost as many, Jester, Mr. Peabody and Free Your Mind, I suspect have a couple. Just to name five. I still want it and don't get through a day without thinking about it, but King Priapus does not rule over all the realm, as he once did, and I'm pickier than ever. Mostly a good thing -- it's no problem letting the women you know are going to be trouble just pass on by -- assuming you can still get wood when a good opportunity does arise.

circulation suplement

8) I am in a similar situation at age 58 and am going to try circo2 and other supplements that I have read will help. That and exercise I think will ramp up testosterone levels. Goiing to a gym as much as possible does a lot of good also. Also no hamburger and soda a sure way for a disaster diet. The Japanese seem to be way ahead in diet and seem to have a good one.

Thank God you've quoted him so he can't run and change it around now!

You think making money will make him happy ? The truth of the matter is that the older you get the less you need(sex, food, drinks),
things get even harder now as the driving engine is gone for good.

Lad,
You are in your early 50s, you can still go back to PH and get someone half your age to have family with? its still better than taking care of someone else's kid.
Hhhmmm, I think one of us has got this ass-backwards...

wow- i never knew it was so bad. i've also noticed this-- but i suspect i should start eating less soy products.

from what you see on tv-- lots of old men still act in perverted ways, date really young women, etc---

i think that performance does suffer though.

Testosterone shots help. I get them every three weeks.

I was always very sexually active and sometimes would have sex 10-15 times a week. Since I hit around 48 or so, my libido has dropped off. Instead of wanting it every day or a couple of times a day, once every couple of days is fine. Maybe it has something to do with knowing it's available without a hassle so I don't worry about it as much, but I think it has more to do with the aging process.

I started getting mild ED in my early 20's. Thanks to lifting, zinc, and l-arginine I'm back to high level sexual functioning now at 26. Rock hard morning wood, powerful orgasms, shooting thick loads that hit my chin, etc. Citrulline and pycnogenol are suppose to help a lot too.

take HGH and test boosters, and exercise, trust me, it wont do anything harmful if done correctly and will skyrocket your sex drive.

Look at rambo, guy is 70 and had the body of a pro athlete, didn't happen without HGH correcting eating and test boosters.

I don't recommend taking ANYTHING until you get blood work. There are some good anti-aging clinics in the USA. That is ONE thing that is good in the USA...at least currently. There are several reasons why men lose sexual desire and/or performance. You can't know what the cause is without getting blood work. Low testosterone is definitely a common issue. If it is too low, then sex drive should be the LEAST of your worries. The increase in prostate cancer, for example, comes with significant decrease in testosterone levels. That is only one thing of MANY that can go wrong sometime during a man's life. I suggest a comprehensive blood panel from an experienced, knowledgeable Life Extension doctor.

What about aphrodisiacs? My husband has erectile dysfunction, so he uses generic viagra (you can find out more about it on Canadian Pharmacy Online in case youare interested). Of course, it works, but it would be great to solve the issue without medications. So, I'm going to buy aphrodisiacs (I think, my husband won't be against them). Has anyone tried them?

This is almost CERTAINLY an issue of low testosterone. As was suggested by others, an aging specialist can get you a blood test analysis and on a program to get you sexually how you were in your 30's.

And don't get me started on erectile dysfunction in America. Most of it is because of low testosterone too, but Big Pharma makes billions from treating it as a symptom instead of fixing the root cause.

There is a lot of speculation why men's testosterone levels have been steadily decreasing in the West, but it is occurring so the best thing to do is to reverse it so that you can have an optimal quality of life well into your 80's!

The message to be conveyed: OP, you need to eat copious amount of protein but try not to indulge in pork products too much (yes cow meat is not as bad but bad but better than soy and simple carb cake, pizza, copious amt. of sweets, etc.)....drink a lot of water......don't smoke and avoid 2nd and 3rd hand smoke like the plague!..eat a lot of veggies (they are our friends)..exercise...at least swimming if you train with weights.

You need to be on a high protein, low carb diet when your over the age of 50. There's not enough vitamins in the carbs to keep you going.

Also, try magnesium chloride spray it boosts your testosterone naturally. Available at most health food stores.
