I'm afraid I don't see it at all, in fact I see the exact opposite. The stock market is at all time highs, everyone is getting filthy rich now. Everyone everywhere all around me has Mercedes and Porsche and Hummers and BMW, there are more of these cars now than at any other time in history.

Housing prices are rising once again....

There is opportunity to make money all over the place in the USA, from housing to stocks to business...

The quality of life in the USA cannot be compared anywhere in the world, go to San Diego in La Jolla and experience the finest quality of life anywhere in the world....

California in general is probably the best place in the entire world, offering an abundance for every time of person.

No I'm afraid I don't see the hype anymore, I see the reality all too clearly now....
