I actually met him in midtown Manhattan a year and a half ago by accident.

even some spanish can be quite dark. ive also seen dark italians too who look like they could be puerto rican mulato

Of course. Many Spaniards have Arab genes since the Moors ruled the country circa the 8th century. Phenotypes never disappear.

One famour example, look at Carlos Alcaraz, the youth tennis legend. His looks are unmistakeable.
