I don't want to see a man not be able to feed his children, but there is something refreshing about the fact that people can get backlash for self-righteously supporting immorality, instead of only for supporting morality. I am disappointed that Chick-Fil-A stopped supporting the same charities. I don't know the reasons, but it looked bad. If no companies support the organizations that try to stop the pro-gay brainwashing and social engineering, that is bad for society. We live in a culture where so many people want to persecute people who do not stand with their faux social justice stances.

My own digital footprint could possibly keep me from rising too high if I were to go the corporate route. It makes sense to have your own business instead of taking the highly paid glorified hired servant jobs modern society so prizes. If you are both CEO and the main stockholder, the board isn't going to kick you out. If you have a board that is onboard with your morality and social agenda, they may be able to whether some social pressure and keep you on, also. The part of the country where Chick-Fil-A has headquarters has people who would eat there because of the organizations they used to fund and the fact that social injustice warriors were speaking ill of them.

Posting pictures of yourself nude, nearly nude, or drunk on Facebook and similar sites is just foolish, especially if the pictures are available to the public. It may not affect a porn star or stripper's career, but for most of us, it is a negative. If you are just going to be a cashier at Walmart, it may not matter, but it can keep you from getting higher level jobs.
